Music Therapy
1:1 Therapy
In one-on-one sessions, we use music and the creative arts as pathways for self-expression, reflection, and healing. Whether through songwriting, improvisation, or guided listening, you’ll have space to explore your story, process emotions, and discover new ways of coping and growing. Sessions are in-person or online.
Individual support can help you or your loved one:
Emotion Regulation and Expression
Anxiety and Coping Skills
Confidence Building
Developmental Skills
Interpersonal Effectiveness
Identity and Resilience Building
Group Therapy
Group sessions invite connection through shared music-making and creative arts experiences. Singing, rhythm, songwriting, and collaborative projects create opportunities to be heard, share experiences, reduce isolation, and build resilience.
Groups are a safe space to explore common themes such as anxiety, addiction support, and community connection. Depending on the needs of your group, I incorporate DBT, CBT, EFT and creative therapy approaches with a person-centred perspective.
